    Mr. JIANG KAI CAI (GM)

    Jiang Cai Kai is the General Manager of Shanghai Engineering & Construction Works, and also double as the General Manager of China Railway & Airport Construction Group. He has acquired immense experience, working in Africa where he supervises major infrastructure projects in Angola, such rich experience he has brought to bear in the merger between China Railway Group and Shanghai Engineering Works where both conglomerate has established pact to explore the Nigerian infrastructure deficit.

    Mr. Festus Uzoma Mbisiogu is the Chairman of Shanghai Engineering & Construction Works, a business tycoon with a vast knowledge in International Relations and Diplomacy. He is a B.sc holder in Business Administration from University of Lagos and has obtained professional certificates in numerous field of knowledge, operating at an international level for more than 10 years.

    INTRODUCTION

    Mr. Festus Uzoma Mbisiogu is a Nigerian who hails from a humble family of Mr. Festus and Mrs. Esther Mbisiogu in Umuchima, Ideato South Local Government of Imo State, Nigeria. He is happily married with five children. A great industrialist and philanthropist of repute. He is widely travelled around the globe with firm representation of investments in China, America, Dubai, Viet Nam, United Kingdom and Nigeria.

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
    Mr. Mbisiogu started his primary education at Ekwudogu Primary School, Delta State, thereafter preceded to Issele Asagba Secondary School in 1986 and the University of Lagos where he bagged a Bachelor抯 Degree in Business Administration in 2007. Within these periods he attended many local and international business/entrepreneurial summits and trainings. He has just concluded a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Guangzhou, China. .

    BUSINESS BACKGROUND
    Mr. Uzoma got involved into business very early in life where he immensely had excelled as an industrialist and representative of prominent foreign manufacturing and logistics partners in China and Nigeria. .

    Moved by compassion as a philanthropist, Mr. Festus Uzoma Mbisiogu voluntarily floated an NGO, UZOTEX FOUNDATION that had continued to enhance the quality of life to various communities of the local government and added value to government's effort in the provision of essential amenities in addition as a voice that checkmates government's efforts and commitment to actualize its promise to the citizenry by constantly in a more patriotic way, passionately causing reminders to various government agencies concerned.
